DRY YEAST
Instant yeast is available in small granules and acts similar to dry yeast. Since it is milled into finer particles, they dissolve faster and activate rapidly. There is no need to prove them and they can be directly added to the dry ingredients(flour).
Traditional nutritional yeast flakes (also known as nooch).
Fortified with B12 to provide a powerful source of B vitamins and minerals, this product is also rich in zinc, high-quality proteins, and natural fibers to supplement your diet and ensure you have all the nutrition you need (perfect for those with a vegan diet!).
Nutritional yeast is delicious when boiled to create a stock for stews, soups, casseroles or any dish that has a stock base to enhance flavour and increase the nutritional density of any meal. Some vegans even use this as a cheese alternative to sprinkle and add to pasta dishes.
