Our Komla (Orange) Bhuna is characterised by a thick, deliciously intense coating sauce that is well-spiced with moderate heat, which is extremely refreshing and moreish- perfect for warming the cockles on a chilly winter evening.
You could use beef, lamb, chicken, and seafood with this spice blend.
